I fainted dead away

Hi Reader,

In Highschool I was in the French Immersion program which meant that my history and geography classes were also in French.

I had a big presentation to deliver for my history class. I stayed up really late trying to finish it and then I skipped breakfast. That combined with the stress of public speaking (in French) left me weak in the knees. In the middle of my presentation, the page started to get blurry and I couldn't see the words. I stumbled over to get help from my teacher and fainted right on top of her desk!

I guess I needed to learn the hard way to never skip a meal! (Especially for my Thyroid body type!)

I could’ve used the simple Checklist for Healthy Living I created recently. Back then I wouldn't have been able to check off many boxes...

Hi Reader, I still have all my journals that I started writing at the age of 12! Mostly boring stuff about the guys I had crushes on, note books, binders and boxes full, I always loved to write. For years I procrastinated on writing my Bodytypology book. Finally, I knew I needed help or it would never get done. January 8th, 2020, I joined “Writer’s kitchen,” a local writing group, with a fabulous coach. We met in person at first and then on Zoom throughout Covid. It was wonderful to connect...
